Your coverage begins at 12:01am the day following your plan purchase. Visit your BetterPet Wellness Customer Portal for additional coverage information for your pet.
With your BetterPet Wellness Plan you are granted access to a wide array of discounted offers on a variety of pet and non-pet related products and services from trusted retailers.
You can visit any licensed veterinarian in the United States! You can also purchase covered products, like flea/tick preventatives, from any U.S. retail store. Simply send us a request for reimbursement by navigating to the appropriate pet in the My Pets and Plans section once your services are complete.
Requesting a reimbursement for coverage used under your wellness plan is easy! Log in to your BetterPet Wellness Customer Portal, navigate to the appropriate pet, and follow the instructions under the Request for Reimbursement section. You’ll need to provide a copy of the itemized receipt for the expenses for which you are seeking reimbursement.
Our Customer Care Team works hard to process your request for reimbursement as quickly as possible. You can expect an email letting you know when your submitted request is under review, and when your reimbursement is on the way! You can also check the status of your reimbursement any time in your BetterPet Wellness Customer Portal.
Though you can cancel your plan at any time, some fees may apply depending on how much coverage has been used. Please see Terms & Conditions for specific details. To cancel your plan, log in to your BetterPet Wellness Customer Portal, navigate to the appropriate pet, and follow instructions under the Cancel Coverage section on your pet’s detail page.
Yes, your BetterPet Wellness Plans will renew automatically on an annual basis, at which time your annual limits will reset. You may cancel your BetterPet Wellness plan on the anniversary date through your BetterPet Wellness Customer Portal without incurring any cancellation fees.
